1 video call. We will discuss your lifestyle so I can assess your current roadblocks to success. Custom recommendations will be discussed on the call and will be emailed to you (so that you don't have to worry about taking notes during our call). Weekly 30 min video calls. First call: your current obstacles will be assessed, goals will be set and together we will start to plan your success route. From there, our weekly calls will entail reviewing your progress and mapping out your plan for the week ahead. Follow-up materials will be emailed to you, as needed. These sessions are geared for the individual who is new to strength training. I will teach you how to properly execute each exercise and examine your form to ensure that you are utilizing your muscles safely and effectively. You will receive a 15 min complimentary video call prior to our first session so I can learn about your fitness history, current fitness level and access to home equipment. Follow-up materials will be emailed to you, as needed.
